Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return your order.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will receive a refund of the full order amount, including the standard shipping costs of the original order. Only the costs of returning the product from your address to our webshop are at your own expense. These costs may vary depending on the carrier. Please consult the website of your chosen carrier for the current rates.

We do not charge any additional return fees or handling fees for processing a return.

We ask that, where reasonably possible, you return the product unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging. This applies, among other things, to patches, coins, keychains, and other squadron-related items.

Would you like to exercise your right of withdrawal? Please contact us at info@860squadron.nl. Include your name, order number, and the product you wish to return. We will then provide you with the return instructions.

After you have notified us of your return, we will refund the amount due within 14 days, provided that we have received the product back in good order or you have provided proof that the product has been returned. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.
